Detox Weight Loss
Goal: Weight Loss
I am 24 years old and am trying to lose the rest of my baby weight after
I want to do it a healthy way and have been going to the gym doing the
elliptical machine for about an hour at a time daily.
I have also just started taking the Orovo detox.
Normally I would never think of taking a diet pill but this one seemed to be
good for you as well. Any insight?
Detox Weight Loss Pill
Orovo detox is a supplement which is similar to many other detox
supplements out there. It blends dozens of herbal ingredients, fiber and
Every ingredient in Orovo detox as well as most other detox supplements has
been claimed to help the body detoxify.
The problem with these supplements is they blend a bunch of herbal
ingredients to create a combination which has never been scientifically tested.
This poses the question, "Which ingredient is working?" Some even have
caffeine which can stimulate your metabolism and cause problems.
The real question with taking a supplement such as Orovo detox to lose weight
is are you doing everything else right?
Detoxification can be helpful especially for people who have been living off
a horrible diet with fast food, processed flour, fatty meats and simple sugars
with little fiber, vitamins and minerals.
If your body is not running right because of toxins many experts suggest a
cleanse or detox. Some experts say detox is a myth as there is little
true, hard scientific research to support it.
The best way to detox is to fast. If you follow a proper fast your body
will naturally reset all of your metabolic functions to their optimal levels.
The drawback to fasting, is you cannot exercise while you fast.
The best way to detox your body is to eat a healthy proper diet with high
fiber fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water and herbal teas and stay free
from high stress situations.
The only way to find out if your Orovo detox is worth the money is to do
follow the directions, eat and exercise right as well as measure your results.
An hour on the elliptical daily can only get you so far. In order to
avoid plateau you should vary your cardio exercise program.
Use high intensity, shorter duration workouts on the elliptical along with
different modes of exercise such as walking uphill on the treadmill or
stairmaster would be a good idea.
If you keep doing the same thing every day, your body will get used to it and
you will stop getting results.
