Am twenty five years old and just had my fourth baby. He is three months old. My tummy is flat but has
cellulite.
Am developing funny rolls an my side. Am a 5'6 who
has always boasted a figure eight. The last time I weighed myself I was
150lbs.
I don't have a tape measure or a weigh machine in the house
because I've always been comfortable with my body.
How do I stay beautiful continue breast feeding my baby for
the next year and a half.
I don want to be fat with an excuse that I just had a baby
and breast feeding. I want my body back I want my waist back. And I want to do this safely.
Your weight does not sound out of control which is very
good. With four young children I know it must be hard to find time for
exercise.
The #1 post pregnancy exercises for your waistline you should do are Core
Exercises. You can read about effective
core exercises.
The best part about core exercises is you can do most of
them with your four children next to you. For certain core exercises you can
also use your children as weights!
Core exercises will help tighten the muscles which became loose during your
pregnancy. Remember they will not burn fat or rid you of cellulite, there for
you must do cardio.
This may be hard, but if you have an exercise bike, jump rope, etc. you must get
20-45 minutes of continuous aerobic activity in while you drink a lot of water,
and eat a healthy, fruits and vegetables rich diet.
