Post Pregnancy Less Time to Exercise

I am a 132 pound female and am 5'9" tall. I am a fitness fanatic. I love to work out.

I love how it feels, I love the process and I love how I feel when I finish.

Eight months ago I had a wonderful son, needless to say I have much less time. Before I got pregnant I did cardio about 1.5 hrs 4 days a week, 1 hr Fridays and about 30 min sat and Sundays plus weights and abs on top of that.

I now am lucky if I don't fall asleep during dinner. I love my body and I want to keep it that way.

My pregnancy recovery we super quick and I would like for that to be the same next time. What can I do for a workout now with the same results in less time?

Congratulations on being one of the very few "fitness fanatics"

Unfortunately as you may already know, there are no secrets or easy ways out of hard work in the gym or out running, etc.

Try these types of exercises Combination Exercise Videos and follow no more than 30-45 minutes of weight training with no more than 30-45 minutes of intense cardio (high heart rate).

Combination exercises work multiple muscle groups and different planes of motion at the same time and you will find that they will keep your heart rate elevated achieving a circuit training effect. Perform cardio after and your precious time will be maximized.
